Having just completed another weekend course for my Diploma in Kinesiology, I realized we never stop learning. The more
passionate you are about your subject, the more infinite it becomes.
It also occurred to me that you may sometimes wonder what kind of things I am studying?
My Diploma course included pH testing looking at acid and alkaline levels, focussing on nutrition, comprehensive testing for supplements, even down to nutrition for Chakras, healthy emotional eating patterns and more. However, there is so much that has been learned along the way, supporting immune and hormone issues, fixing shoulder and lower back problems. Kinesiologists do take the knowledge of kinesiology and themselves to a deeper level that makes giving a kinesiology treatment wholesome, holistic way of health care.
A good kinesiologist will be giving back this information to their clients, in some ways we are educators giving back to clients knowledge of self-care that perhaps has been forgotten or never touched on. I felt connected with Maya Angelou’s quote ‘I’ve learned that I still have a lot to learn’… the truth is we never stop learning.
My first few weeks in January (after the Christmas holidays) was such a busy time. Repeat bookings and new clients, emerging wonderful people wanting to practice high levels of self-care.
You might be wondering what kind of things clients will book a kinesiology session for?
My clients book their appointments with me for so many reasons, sometimes they are feeling stuck, stressed, anxious, not sleeping, relentlessly tired, sore shoulders, business blocks or business related goals, relationship issues with partners or families, confidence, digestive issues and the list is endless. And here’s the thing…Kinesiology has the power to create some lasting changes when you are ready. I can help you with the tools that kinesiology has to offer.
There is so much to learn yourself as I have discovered. You can book your kinesiology sessionĀ right here.
